To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. 

Note:- There is important point to note.you must disable your pc antivirus before downloading and running this softwares. Softwares file appears as a virus for many antivirus but it wont harm you in any way. so just disable antivirus, you can enable it after unlocking.
